Flickr is a site we all love, and today I was looking inside the 'most recent photos'-feature, and I noticed the number for uploaded photos in the last minute.
The number was 4538 in the last minute, than I started thinking, what if this was every minute every day?, that would create an insanely-humongous-gigantic-number, let's do the math.
1 year = 525 948 766 minutes, so 4538x525 948 766 = 2 386 755 500 108 photos. What if this is in the low hours?, what will the peak hours be?, double of this? I think I'll just go to bed and dream about the time when 20MB in an Amiga 2000 was huge.
